We do our best to get your goodies to you quickity, and we’re pretty good at emailing you to let you know what’s happening. On the rare occasion that we make a mistake, or you feel sad about something, we want you to tell us because we believe in apologies and make-up gifts.
Actually, we like gifts in general. When we put your package together, we secretly feel like we’re making you a birthday present. We want you to enjoy what you buy, but we also want you to get a kick out of opening the package.
That’s why there’s always something extra in there to make you smile, which you should do more often. You look nice when you smile.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You are not required to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from this store but if you already have a PayPal account, fire it up and use it as you like.
When: We usually go to the post office on Fridays. If there’s a hold up for some reason, we’ll let you know.
Cost: We ship as cheap as we can, but we also gotta be sure your things get to you safely. If you feel that the shipping charge went all oofty-magoofty, let us know and we’ll fix it up for you real nice.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will replace lost things, if it’s clear that the things are really lost. If things get damaged, we’ll make it up to you the best we can, but the post office is what it is. If you want insurance, let us know and we’ll do that for you.
When you make a purchase with us, you will be added to our very occasional mailing list. We promise not to bother you unless something important is happening because we know you’re busy being awesome. (You’ll be able to unsubscribe from the list very easily too. We like choices.)
